Deshalb erwarten wir ein weiteres Wachstum in diesem Markt&#8220;, sagt Robert H\u00e4ndel, CEO von OPES Solutions.<\/p>\n<h3>Neuer Produktionsprozess<\/h3>\n<p>Trotz des stark wachsenden Produktionsvolumens gibt es auf dem Off-Grid-Markt keine standardisierte Produktionstechnik f\u00fcr kompakte Module, die die gew\u00fcnschte Qualit\u00e4t zu g\u00fcnstigen Preisen liefern k\u00f6nnte. Insbesondere die mindestens 36 L\u00f6tpunkte pro Modul f\u00fcr 12V-Systeme erschweren die Massenproduktion und Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle. F\u00fcr seine PPS-Solarmodule hat OPES daher einen einzigartigen, automatisierten Produktionsprozess entwickelt, der bew\u00e4hrte Technologien aus der Leiterplattenherstellung in der Elektronikindustrie kombiniert. Diese Kombination erm\u00f6glicht es auch, kosteng\u00fcnstige kristalline Standardzellen einzusetzen und auf vergleichsweise teure IBC-Zellen zu verzichten.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Wir erreichen hohe Durchs\u00e4tze in den Laminatoren, indem wir zun\u00e4chst gr\u00f6\u00dfere Modulfl\u00e4chen produzieren. Direkt nach dem Laminieren stanzen wir automatisch kleinere Module mit einer Leistung von 5 Watt und bohren die erforderlichen Pr\u00e4zisionsbohrungen in automatisierten Fertigungsschritten&#8220;, erg\u00e4nzt H\u00e4ndel.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits beim Laminieren erhalten die besonders leichten und unzerbrechlichen Module eine widerstandsf\u00e4hige Oberfl\u00e4che, die sich durch eine Antihaftbeschichtung auszeichnet.
